"We stayed in the Otter Hotel on the last leg of our road trip. Lovely spacious room with sofa and small kitchen area. Bathroom modern with excellent shower. Huge King size bed which was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful."

"Room was clean and hotel was is in good condition. Restaurant meals were good. Disappointed that the hot tub jet timer did not work. Staff was distracted on arrival which was disappointing getting room key and luggage."

"The staff were lovely. The room was full of cobwebs and dust the light fixtures had flies/ other bugs in them. 3 light switches didn’t do anything the outside light fixture was crooked and the top railing part came off. The dishes were put away dirty with grime on the silverware and plates. The hot tub was more warm than anything. The jets in the hot tub were barely noticeable. The sauna was out of order. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of both of the pools. The bus was awesome. The views were awesome."
