"There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! "

"The house had a lot of extras making it super comfy and easy to stay in. The proximity to the beach was wonderful.We were surprised that it looked like some of the guests before us did not take good care of some of the amenities, like the beach gear (snorkels and masks, in particular) Maybe a sign or two about rinsing gear and hanging thigs back up would be good as it could be that people new to beach gear might not know how to care for it. We would recommend this home to anyone needing a beach escape."

"Kimberly was very easy to work with. Condo very pretty & comfortable beds. Pool closed to no fault of owner. Use of golf cart very much appreciated - as two somewhat handicapped seniors. "

"The outside shower was just a drizzle of water. Golf cart was extremely hard to steer. The very top deck had a super flimsy railing.The pictures online were accurate for the inside of the house. Not so much the outside."

"We LOVED our stay here! Jennifer was so accommodating and the condo was absolutely perfect!Very clean, perfect location, everything we needed for a getaway. We fell in love with the island and will definitely be back! The ferry was such a pleasant experience. We even took the ferry on Friday morning to go to the farmer's market on Boca for some fresh stone crab and veggies. The golf cart was an added bonus. We indulged ourselves every night by using the golf cart to take a couple of chairs over to watch the sunset. It was perfection!The pool area was nice - the people were all so friendly and helpful. It was our first time here, but it won't be the last. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations or a better location to enjoy this truly beautiful island!Thank you for allowing us to share your beach condo!"
