"Incredible views, location, breakfast and room! All of the staff were so helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They offer eye masks for the bright sun that comes in off the water in the morning. The location right on the Harbor was perfect. I never wanted to leave my balcony. We opted to eat the complimentary breakfast every morning because it was so delicious. French toast and omelettes! This was truly a boutique hotel experience. "

"We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"Hotel sold out by the time i arrived at the location, but they were accommodating and Ubered me for free to the Back Bag property for a night. Beds were super comfortable and room had pretty cool lighting controls and electronic curtains. Lobby amenities were very nice too—I had a nice meal at the bar and I made use of the water refill a lot. I’d love to stay again!"

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"I had high hopes for the Eliot Hotel based on its excellent reviews and charming appearance. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to those expectations. The biggest issue was cleanliness. It seemed like the room had only been spot cleaned. We found a contact lens on the bathroom floor and an empty plastic bag behind the bedroom door, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The shower was also incredibly small, making it difficult to use...

"This second time staying at a CitizenM the first in Zurich, yet again the hotel met my needs and was perfect for my World Cup stay in Boston. The rooms whilst a little snug are always clean and I like the layout which are perfect for solo or couples."
