"The location was ideal for us -- close to family, shopping, and eating. We've stayed here on our last 3 visits to Salem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the first 2 days this trip there were repairs going on which were messy and smelly. The rooms, although clean and neat, seemed neglected and uninviting."

"The room it was clean and the location is very good"

"I hate it that there's no phone number 1 800 number to talk to customer service and I joined the chat line and I asked for customer service phone number. It's that hard, it's a 1 800 number that you guys have. That's what I don't like. That's why you guys get one star. There's no customer service whatsoever"

"Clean room pleasant staff great breakfast easy parking"

"Room was fine. Sleep was interrupted by the yelling and police activity."

"Good clean ,but breakfast not very good just couple items"

"The only complaint was that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The hotel was clean, amenities were above normal and well stocked, and the breakfast was everything you hope a hotel breakfast would be and lacked nothing. Also, the area was safe."

"Conveniently placed"

"Very friendly helpful staff. Parking was difficult downtown but their valet service solved that issue."
