"Our room which had a private balcony and pool was fantastic! So much so, we never used the main pool, albeit the main pool was very inviting. Breakfast was great, lots of options! Cocktails at the bar were very good. Great location too, close to some very nice beaches (just a short walk) and the 21 bus stop to get into Chania old town literally just outside. Was €2.40 to get the bus to Chania old town and they were every 30 mins, sometimes more often. It’s also possible to walk to Chania Old...

"The apartment itself was ok and in a good location for accessing both the city and the beach. However, there was a significant lack of staffing, with no one at the desk for the majority of our stay. This meant we couldn't resolve basic things, such as broken air-conditioning in our room, slow wifi, and access to towels for the pool (which we were informed would be available from the reception for the duration of our stay). "Conveniently located with parking which was a huge plus. Check in was vary easy and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Our room was no frills but clean. We booked a double and our beds were two twins pushed together. about 20 minutes outside of Chania, but with a car, it was not a problem and preferable to staying in the city. "
