"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t consider the hotel itself to be at a five-star level."

"Excellent beach front property! Our apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Basic kitchen with a fridge, kettle, toaster and some dishes/cutlery. Sun loungers are free at the pool and for a fee on the beach. The beach in front is a nice sandy one, no rocks at all and the water is calm and crystal clear. Sunrises and sunsets are amazing! Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant!! Mini market is well stocked and reasonably priced."

"The hotel was mostly great! Good location - close to chania without being right in the old town. We had a hire car so we were able to park right on the street outside usually. The staff could be a bit friendlier, I found some of them to be somewhat rude and dismissive of our concerns. The air conditioning needs maintenance. We raised it wasn’t working which was basically dismissed by the receptionist. She checked it herself and made her own confirmation that it was fine?? The air con literally had an error code saying it needed maintenance. We had it set at 16 degrees the entire time and I can tell you did not get below 21/22 at any point. This meant it took ages for the room to cool down. This was a bit disappointing because the rest of the hotel was good"

"We had a fantastic stay at Nuovo Luxury Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour...the accommodation is located up a relatively steep hill but this made it a quieter area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The suite itself was modern, stylish and impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room felt luxurious without being over the top. Housekeeping standards were excellent throughout our stay. What really stood out was the hospitality. Elias was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Communication before and during our stay was seamless and we appreciated the assistance in arranging a hire car. The property offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and value. Chania is a wonderful place to explore, and Nuovo Luxury Suites proved to be an ideal base for discovering the city, its harbour, restaurants and nearby beaches."

"Clean nice hotel. We were lucky to get a spot for our rental car with the hotel, but the space is very limited and likely needs to be arranged beforehand. This hotel location is ideal. It is on the edge of the old town - it is still fully accessible by car or taxi, yet close enough to walk to any areas of interest."

"We stayed here for 6 nights and wished we could’ve stayed 6 more! The rooms are well-kept, simple but everything you need. The aircon works a treat which is essential, especially in July. Lefteris and his team make you feel like you’re staying with family for your whole stay, he will move mountains to accommodate you and everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. The pool is modestly sized but ideal for lounging and cooling down with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas beside it. The hotel is 3 minutes walk maximum from three different beaches which was an absolute dream! From bed to beach in minutes! As well as being about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop to Chania town, with a convenience store on the walk over. The location couldn’t be better. Breakfast is great! I’m gluten free and had gluten free bread separate and ready for me each morning as well as a gluten free brownie. There are plenty of options for breakfast, from a light fruit and yoghurt bowl to fresh dakos, doughnuts and orange cake. We couldn’t recommend Talos more, what an amazing experience!"
