"Of all the hotels we stayed at from Crescent City, Bandon, Florence, Newport, Manzanita, and Portland, this was by far the best stay. The room was lovely, large, and well-equipped, the staff was so welcoming, the location and the vibe were sensational! We loved this spot!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our family vacation on the coast. It had plenty of space, amazing outdoor area to grill, hang out, and have the kids run around, and everything was clean and well stocked. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and several coffee shops and places for bites around. Highly recommend this rental any time you're at the coast!"

"The location is absolute perfection. Literally steps to the beach and a couple blocks to town. There’s a view of the pacific from the deck and the kitchen.Perfect size for our family of 5 and loved that we could bring our dog. Would also be great for two couples. The house itself was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We had two minor issues - the washer was quite moldy and kitchen was stocked with haphazard supplies for cooking. We have young kids and I rent homes knowing I’ll be cooking and doing laundry. So, we couldn’t use laundry, and made do with the cooking supplies that were there. (For example, no oven mitts, pots with unmatched tops). To the credit of the property manager, they were very responsive about the washer and did refund us some money for the inconvenience. Hopefully that’s resolved for the next renter.All in all, a wonderful stay and we would return. Thank you!"

"This is a convenient place to stay in Manzanita! Close to town & the beach and it had all the accessories we needed. It accommodated lots of folks! It isn't the ritz, but its homey, clean and lots of beds. We had a great time staying there and would come back again!"

"Great location - just a short walk along a path over the dunes and you are on a beautiful wide beach. Perfect for walking, bonfires, sunset viewing and throwing a ball to the dog (many were off leash with lots of room to spread out). There was a nice sandy spot next to the deck for toddler sand play. The house is very dog friendly - bowls and blankets provided!The kitchen was very well appointed making it easy to prepare family meals. We used the fire pit and the grill in the gated patio area to cook and make s’mores.We were traveling with two toddlers and removed a few things (fireplace tools and the like) to a closet while we were there. The open concept plan had plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog to share the space. It’s a short walk to town a a playground, too. Highly recommend this home and hope to go back!"
