"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here in Fall a couple of weeks ago. We had a wonderful time - the location and house are awesome with easy (across the street) beach access, a 5 minute walk to the shopping area, great views at the house and a quiet location. One of our favourites!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our only issues were that the check-in process was a bit more difficult than at other rental properties, and the house really did not heat up. We had to buy batteries for the electric fireplace remote to turn it on - but even the fireplace stopped working so it felt a bit like we were indoor camping. Other than that it was a lovely house with a view of the ocean, a nice kitchen, and comfy bedrooms."

"The property was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and convenient for our 5-night stay. We walked from the house to downtown Manzanita (1 block away) for coffee/hot chocolate every morning, for lunch and dinner each day, and for shopping throughout our stay. The fabulous Manzanita beach is 1.5 blocks from the house. The neighborhood was quiet, and we used the front porch and picnic table many times during our stay. The property was perfect for the two of us as we celebrated our 47th anniversary."

"Went to Manzanita to celebrate a special birthday with an old College friend. Am quite familiar with the Oregon Coast . . . but wanted a stay away from crowds of people and on the Beach with easy walk to the water. Manzanita was perfect and our stay was memorable. Our rental was immaculate and lovely; kitchen was stocked with everything we needed; view was amazing. The shops and people in Manzanita were such a pleasure to stroll through and visit with. Easy check in and check out. We will be back."
