"We truly had a beautiful stay at this home. The home was decorated so well and equipped perfectly with everything we would need to enjoy ourselves. We all felt so comfortable throughout our stay and didn’t want to leave :) Wonderful communication from the host/rental team as well which we appreciated. The beds and linens were nice; we slept very well! We loved the backyard and enjoyed having a little bonfire one of the nights. You can easily walk to the main street for shopping and food as well as walk to the beach. We can’t wait to book again! "

"This was a perfect space for our family of 18 to gather for a long weekend! The location is amazing, just behind the main shopping street and two blocks to the beach. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and having three different living room type spaces also gave plenty of flexibility with multiple generations. The hosts were also very responsive to messages and gave clear instructions."

"Spacious yet cozy recently renovated home with a beautiful garden. The host was very friendly and responsive when small issues arose. They thought of everything with the kitchen, and it was spacious enough for 3 of us to work comfortably. "

"We had a great time at Gary's house over New Year's. The proximity to the beach was what drew us to the property--only a block from the ocean in our favorite quiet neighborhood of Manzanita, just down the street from Nehalem State Park. We enjoyed the dog-friendliness of the house, and the living room with smart TV and comfy couch were great. We also enjoyed having a pool table in the great room, and we spent many hours upstairs playing games. We hope to come back sometime soon."

"This is the third consecutive year that we've looked forward to kicking off the holiday season in this incredibly charming house. The owners do an amazing job of decorating: a wonderful tree with lights and ornaments, garlands on the mantel, and other thoughtful touches. Add in a roaring fireplace, the (inevitable) rainy evening, and a good book... it's just as "blissful" as the name of the home would suggest. All of my previous comments still apply of course: a well-appointed kitchen, exceedingly comfortable beds, a full washer and dryer, etc.Our dog Moose gives it two paws up as well with bowls for water and food provided, and a reasonably short walk to the beach.We'll be booking again for this time next year!"
