It was the perfect place away from the crowded areas of Okinawa. Quick drive to beautiful beaches, and the aquarium. The lodging itself was simple but clean, and perfect for people who plan to spend most of their days out and about. You can even walk right past the backyard out to a beautiful beach. "The Orion hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, while we visited, it was on the heels of typhoons, and so the beach area out front was closed off to swimming for cleanup, but we were able to snorkel nearby. One of the items that really surprised me was how fantastic the breakfast buffet was I’m not a breakfast person, but it provided an opportunity to try many different types of Okinawan food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying at this resort."
