"Staff were very nice but the hotel's idea of accessible is not. First of all, not everything was checked to make sure it was working before new clients moved in. tv had to be reprogrammed. The bathroom is not what is considered accessible. For a shower one must step over wall of tub and sit on a flattened end of it. Disabilities usually mean a lack of ability to step over a wall, nor is sitting on a very low edge of a tub possible. And then, even the staff had trouble turning the water on! No mention of any kind of compensation for this trouble. I will not stay at a Best Western Plus again."

"The hotel was beautiful. The lack of a hotel bar and restaurant were hard to adjust to. We didn’t want to order in-room dining every time but we didn’t want to necessarily walk to get breakfast somewhere. The restaurants attached to the hotel were not open until later, definitely not for breakfast. So that was probably the ultimate letdown about the hotel. Also, charging $75/day to park, when you’re staying 3+ days, is crazy. There are no parking lots close by. That isn’t a bad thing if it’s nice out and you don’t have a ton of luggage. But when we arrived, we had multiple bags and it was raining. Otherwise, the rooms were wonderful and clean, the views were great if you walked to the 2nd floor balcony. PHENOMENAL location if you’re going to the Red Sox game. Unsure if we would stay here again, but that isn’t the hotels fault. We’re just a little more comfortable away from the traffic of the city."
