"Stayed here before an early flight home to Belfast. Really impressed. Really good value for money, excellent breakfast, and the guy who checked me in was brilliant. The room was ideal for my needs too. The hotel is also just a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Will definitely stay here again if I have an early flight from BHX."

"Hotels nice, room was so nice and bed was very compfy but the lady who booked me in didnt know what she was doing, she asked me if i wanted a bath with shower or walk in shower, i asked for a walk in shower instead gave me the bath. The room she out us in was 358 far from the esclators next to a fire exit 2 long corridor where the light did not come on for a few seconds in the second corridor, so walking in the dark for a couple steps which is not great for ladies walking back on there own or if they have had a drink. For what i paid i didnt bother complain or ask to be moved as room itself is nice. "

"The room smelled damp and muddy. It triggers my allergies. I was unable to sleep; I had to sit up all night because I couldn't breathe properly lying down. Added to that, there was no hot water to shower with, despite switching the switch as instructed. "
