"Have a great stay ,property location is stunning and property is very clean and comfy ,some issues around parking as it’s only really street parking although the listing says otherwise.
They also allow pets even though it says no pets which is a bonus "
"Really beautiful guest house set in the Devonshire countryside and amazing hosts . Made to feel very welcome . Room was lovely , clean and the bed was so comfy !!! The homemade cake was a nice added touch . Delicious home cooked breakfast and beautiful fresh fruit and delicious granola !!!

"An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed!
The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space.
I just wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Check in was simple, the cottage was so clean and well set out, kitchen well stocked with equipment, Wi-Fi worked well. There are very little transport links in the village so you will need to drive. The village is so lovely and the cottage is well positioned for local walks, parking and the pub which is amazing. Would throughly recommend this cottage and will book in future."

"We were a group of 9 adults and 6 children ranging from grandchildren to grandparents and everyone inbetween. The property was amazing, there were so many little extras to help with our stay, from soft teddies on the bed to ice packs to plastic cups - the attention to detail and thoughtful touches were great. The layout of the property was fantastic with a bedroom downstairs and ensuites. The kitchen/ dining area was great for meals. But the thing that really made our visit was the location, being so close to the river and other activities and the owner allowing us to use their equipment was an absolute hit with the kids (and adults)! This along with the games room meant the children were entertained for hours. We were impressed by the cleanliness. Yes its a creaky property with a few visits from spiders (and a bat) but that is to be expected with the property type. Our only comment would be to add some more hooks in the downstairs bedroom to hang things. We had a perfect stay and would love to return. A huge thank you! Highly recommend. "

The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! We will be returning again in the future."
