"A1 nice and close to everything in the city "

"Unfortunately my room was not very clean upon arrival. The bed was dirty and had hair all through it and the shower drain had an awful smell. The only car parking available is paid and off-site located one street over. The staff were very friendly and I was given late check-out with minimal notice which was greatly appreciated. It’s a good location in the centre of the city."

"I booked last minute and probably got the worst room (203) - it was a bit dingy, the tiles in the bathroom were stained/dirty... etc. I asked for room cleaning on the second morning and the bed was made haphazardly (i could have done better) and the glasses from the night before weren't taken away, new towels were thrown over the bathtub. Just a bit underwhelming for $400 a night. However, the free drinks and the staff at the bar - 10/10. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I met the manager, Alison, before I left, who almost turned my experience around. She was lovely!! I would have hesitated to book again, however meeting her gives me a reason to give the hotel a second chance ;)"

"Checking in.... there was clear parking for where to park on check in. I had to phone them to find out where to park and come in for check in. The room decor was old. Thankfully Everything was clean, but old and dated. All timber chipboard cupboards were chipped and worn and doors didn't close properly. The bed was hollowed and sunken.... like it's the old original mattress from when it opened. Yes luckily the sheets and towels were clean. The curtains were hanging off the rails. The bathroom door for some reason was locked? I had to get a knife out of the draw to undo the lock. The bathroom needs to be completely re-tiled... tiles and grouting are damaged and black mouldy looking. The tap covers were loose and black and mouldy behind them. It was easy access to the city so that was the good thing about my stay. The allocated parking is best for smaller cars. The place could use some TLC and a bit of a make over.... it looks nothing like the photos on the Web site."
