"Overall, I was happy with the room, but I was a little upset because I didn’t realize there was $100 hold on my account because when I looked at the about on Hotels.com, it never said that I checked into the hotel at 1:30 AM and checked out at 7:30 AM. I wasn’t even there a full 24 hours and I still got charged $100 but overall I didn’t have any issues with the hotel "

"The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming—definitely some positives during the stay. However, the mattress felt worn out and led to noticeable lower back pain after just one night, which made it hard to get a good rest. The breakfast was also underwhelming—I would’ve been better off just grabbing a cup of coffee and heading out. Overall, it was an okay stay, but due to the comfort and breakfast issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"I made reservations weeks in advance arrived no rooms available mind you well after check in time when they claimed one was available someone’s belongings were still there pubic or facial hair in the bed when I made them aware they told me they didn’t have any other rooms available denied giving me a refund I left for 2 hours when I returned they gave me another room but it wasn’t what I paid for and I still had to do self cleaning I wouldn’t recommend or stay ever in life I’d do better sleeping in my car"
