"I was very happy with my stay here, the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are in the process of upgrading rooms, and i had a finished one which was very clean and had everything i needed. They always had coffee available and a basic breakfast in the morning to get you going. The hotel is close to lots of take out options and i was able to walk where i needed to go. I was staying on my own as a female and felt very safe.My experience was better than expected!Thank you!"

"Terrible experience. For the cost of $250, we were very dissatisfied. My family was denied entry to our room until an hour after check in, which made us late for the show we were in town to see. When we returned to our hotel we couldn't find parking within a block of the property. We had to carry our evening supplies across the city streets like vagrants. An $20 motel room would have been more convenient for these simple things. The room was clean and that's about the only good thing I have to say here. Continental breakfast was atrocious and they charged $15 per family member for their stale bagels. Would not recommend."

"Internet was good, the rest of the hotel was terrible. Smells like cigarette smoke and cat pee. The floor in the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and felt so outdated and cold. I could go on about the condition of the room. "

"Convenient location near West EdmontonM Mall and Rogers Place , enjoyed the hot tub and Children's games downstairs. Was perfect for our two families of four each. Hosts were fantastic to work with! We had a great stay! "
