"I loved this hotel. I have stayed at everyone in the area and this was my first time here. I will rebook again if the price is right. This is an old School hotel with large wide open areas, old school amenities and close to lots of stuff. Highest of rankings "

"We booked the room for my sons bday. The site said and SHOWED PICTURES OF A POOL AND HOT TUB. No pool or hot tub. I was trapped in the elevator TWICE. We had to switch rooms THREE TIMES. 1st room- Room was dirty, the tv was broken and remote missing. 2nd room- power went out from just using the microwave, phone was missing the cable, tv shut off every 5 seconds because the power kept going out, people were screaming and yelling in the rooms beside us. 3rd room was fine, we just wanted to leave. Breakfast was horrible. The elevator doesnt work. It was the worst experience. Ruined my sons birthday. I want my money back."

"Night staff was very dry. Not mean, not nice but not welcoming either. Would a smile and good attitude be too much to ask?"

"To start, when we arrived in our room, we found broken glass all over the bathroom floor, and there was old french fries, and garbage on the carpet in the room. We called the front desk, they sent someone to clean it up, but nothing else was done about it, we asked to switch rooms. When we returned to our room the next day after being gone all day, the room wasn’t clean, We were confused and called the front desk, we were then told that they do not clean rooms unless you specifically ask for it (that was definitely not specified to us said check-in) I then asked for clean towels and a garbage bag to at least take out the garbage, they said they would get that to us in 10 minutes but no one never showed up and they didn’t call us back. Of course we could’ve went down to the front desk or called multiple times, but…. We will never be returning, and if you have children like we do I would suggest that you keep scrolling and find a different hotel. "

"The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Other than that, the pictures are a accurate representation of the apartment, nice and bright. The location is great, walking distance for groceries, liquor stores and restaurants, as well as easy to get to off the Whitemud freeway. The kitchen is well stocked, however some plates that can be microwaved and smaller bowls would be better. Not deal breakers, just things to make meals easier. It was nice to have the insuite washer and dryer, as we were there for over 5 weeks. The building is very quiet as is the area outside. The underground parking was an added bonus, especially in the winter. It was surface clean upon arrival, however a good deep clean is needed, under beds etc. Again, not a deal breaker. Arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow, and Markus was very receptive to emails, answering quickly to inquiries. We would definitely stay here again. "
