"We had a great stay as a family. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The separate kids’ sleeping area, divided by a curtain, gave everyone a bit of their own space, which worked really well for us. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. "We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! "Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel. No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance). So all done by email- you get a code to access the doors. Our room was ready at 1pm- so it's an early check in which is good. Room was tidy and clean. "Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room."

"We had such a great stay at Paskins, what a great location and being a slightly quirky guest house, it had character. Such a helpful host, they even arranged parking for us and we got parked on same street!! (£20 for 24 hrs - very reasonable for central Brighton. ) Helpful message about booking in if after 7 but our host even helped carry our bags up the stairs! Good job cos a few flights up! Our room was just what we needed for a reasonably priced couple nights away. Thank you."
