The location was really handy, the room was clean. The layout of the room was a bit odd with the toilet, sink and shower being in different parts of the room. Overall the price was really good and a very solid 3 star hotel. My room view was great, would never expect to be able to afford a sea view hotel room!

It was a staff-free series of rooms in a popular part of town, all entry done via door codes sent via messages. It saved a few quid in what is a ridiculously priced city for accommodation. Can be noisy at night with revellers nearby. Good location

Bathroom covered in black mould, slept on my towel as bedsheets were dirty. Stains on carpet, skirting boards covered in dust, mirror was dirty. Also found a dirty nail clipping in the room. Our room was above a garden where we could hear staff on their phones, watching football and chatting away late into the night. Location was good, very close to beach and food spots.

Firstly, stayed on the eve of Pride weekend, therefore limited choice and overpriced accomm everywhere. That said, the Hamptons was well-positioned virtually on the seafront and had sea views. Room at top of property with many stairs - basic with small double bed, loose tap fittings and noisy when window open (a violent argument escalating from across the street). Very scant communication from whoever runs property, and had to reach out to Expedia as hadn’t heard from them. Would think that any other time the cost would be at least £150 cheaper than what it was. Okay for one night.

Good location - right near the sea and easy to walk into town. Easy to check in as it is simply a case of using the codes that are messaged on the day. Fairly basic room and bathroom, but it was only a place to sleep so didn't spend much time in the room other than that. I didn't hear anything from other guests so must have been fairly soundproof.

The room was perfect, clean and spacious, close enough to everything and check in process was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again. The little touches were really appreciative, such as bottled water, tea & coffee and shower gel. The only things I would recommend to make it a little better would be a little fridge and maybe a small fan. We did stay during the heatwave so thats the only reason I mention it. But otherwise everything was great.

Basic room. Old property. Could do with a refurbish really. Cracked sink. Blocked drain. Clean just old. Great location for beach. We had to park and walk 20 minutes with suitcase so not ideal with kids as parking outside the hotel on the street was always busy. Helpful staff.

The location was great since it is walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Please note, you will need to pay for street parking when you arrive. The accommodations are clean and look like the pictures. We tried to contact the staff during our stay but we never got a response. We tried to contact them via email and the scanned WhatsApp in the room, and no response. Please note, if you need something during your stay it is difficult to get a response from the staff. It would be helpful to have fans in the rooms.

This hotel as described in the reviews as good clean & helpful staff Did not see any staff you get into the property through a keyless lock system which worked the bathroom was dirty with mould on the walls & ceiling flaking paint as for the shower it was so minute if you dropped the soap it was a struggle to pick it up so a larger person than myself would struggle the shower head was described as a rain fall well it was not the water came out of the top of the shower head the window had a venetian blind which let in daylight from 5am buy some black out curtains @ least Do not stop in this hotel
