"I will commend the staff that check us in last night. At first he put us in a room but our next door neighbor is coughing and hacking, even when windows are closed. I phoned and asked if we could be transferred in a more quieter room. Theo was fast in making decisions and transfered us to another room right away. Excellent service. Much appreciated."
