"I was sceptic when I saw only 5 star ratings of this hotel. But I knew why, on arrival. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean with an obviously freshly renovated bath. The view from the rooftop was absolutely as described and awesome. Omar arranged a fantastic tour for me to Sakkhara, Memphis and of cause the pyramids. I learnt a lot that day. Anytime again. Food was extraordinarily good."

"Heel fijn verblijf in een leuk hotel met prima service Voelt als welkom thuis Schitterend dakterras met uitzicht op de piramides Hier het heerlijke ontbijt en avondeten Leuke chill plek De receptie is met alles heel behulpzaam"

"These were some of the best days I have ever spent, in the best possible location. I would like to thank all the staff, including the reception team and the hotel's General Manager. Thank you for such wonderful times."

"Si fue amable y cuarto limpio"

"Rooms were good for the price paid, checking was quick, very nice & helpful people. Only drawback was Expedia on website states free transportation to & from airport but the hotel provides only one way free and charges $25 for return which actually covers the cost of both ways, so it’s not free. But besides this everything is good about this hotel. It’s right across from pyramids so the view is top good. Hospitality is superb."

"La struttura è fatiscente, i servizi sono trascurati: ascensore senza porte , camere sporche; asciugamani con macchie di varichina, il terzo letto ( divano ) privo di biancheria, cena e colazione pessime l’unica cosa bella è il panorama ma quello non è merito dello staff"

"أقامه جميله والموظفين محترمين جدا"

"In the middle of tourist area, amazing view and breakfast with pyramids and Sphinx."

"Food acceptable. People work there are nice. Except one receptionist and general manager. He is thieves. Offer me round in pyramids cost 800 pound. While it cost in real 200 pound. Also we paid 50 dollars for one night. When we arrived we found no window in the room. And you have to pay another 50 dollars to have room with view on pyramids. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room condition and view"

"These great people offering the accommodation and genuine service are wonderful. I would recommend for families that want a great pyramid rooftop view and functional rooms. The family room is a great deal as has a couple sleeping rooms and enough space for 5. This family owned hotel is worthy of 5 stars. They do a great job and offer personalized top quality service. It’s not the Hilton. But it’s worth the price they charge. Would stay again for sure."

"La chambre était tres propre…Youssef et son équipe répondent à vos besoins."

"Great view to the pyramids from the room!!! Beyond perfect service from the staff !!"

"If you're staying around the Pyramids, the Sequoia has likely the best views available!! Nice, clean rooms, a two-tier rooftop and restaurant, and its location in a quiet enclave secluded from the bustling, hectic streets of Giza make it the perfect oasis to recoup before your next excursion into the wilds of Egypt. But the best perk of the Sequoia is its manager Yousef!! He's a built-in concierge ready to take on any of your travel logistics. Have him arrange your airport transfer, taxi, tour...

"Great view of the pyramids. Friendly staff. Cautions: 1- the transportation prices that the hotel offers are higher than what you find independently. 2- area surrounding the hotel is not very clean"

"i loved my stay here!! the owners are so nice and friendly they made me feel like family so welcomed. and the view of the pyramids was amazing. stay here you will not be disappointed."

"You cannot beat the views from this hotel! I was so glad to wake up to a pyramid view as soon as I opened my eyes! Their rooftop was cool, and they gave us choice of a room."
