"Wonderfull riad in the heart of the Medina close to everything and beautifully appointed. The pergola rooftop and bistro arabe had great vibes, food, drinks and service. Will definitely recommend this road to anyone looking for an upscale/luxury road in Marrakech. Soufiane was the best host and helped us through our stay with every detail. "

"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

"Smooth and wellcoming check in; very clean room and beautiful Riad. They gave me a single room in a Riad opposite to their checking in Riad. It was quiet but a bit isolated. Then the hot water did not work, the guy (with black coat) quickly helped me change to another room. He’s been very patient and friendly the whole time of my staying. But not that white shirt reception guy who dealt with my city tax last night, cold, arrogant, and snobby. Hope the owner could take this seriously as it indeed affected people’s experience with that attitude. Toilet flushing wasn’t working well, wobbly shower head, but not a deal breaker. "
