"We left to the airport early in morning at 6am and they give us the worst breakfast ever, I can’t believe it , it’s the worst stay I ever stay in Morocco, we left the 4 umbrellas and no one contacted us , bad management "

"Zouhir et le personnel nous ont meveilleusement bien accueilli. Le Riad est très joli et situé à 2 pas du souk. On est très vite dans l'ambiance recherchée et à proximité des centres d'intérêt de la ville. "

"We were treated with exceptional hospitality by the hosts Abdelhek and Abdelilah (abdul and abdul) and all the staff. The Riad ilyaka was beautiful and very well managed. Every detail was handled well: delicious breakfasts, fresh flowers, transport.."

"The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location was great, just a 5 minute way from everything which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc). The terrace was very beautiful and overlooks the city. I accidentally broke my key during my stay and they were very kind about it and replaced it. They also served breakfast which we really enjoyed. Check out was very easy. Everything about this stay was great and we would recommend to everyone coming to Marrakech."

"Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."
