"On arrival there was no confirmation of how to enter the peoperty or a email from them explianing how to get in. The email given does not work. When we areived there was infact someone there cleaning and he asked us to come back at 2pm as he had not finished cleaning. That was fine. The villa itself initially looked lovely, but then you see the plug hanging off the wall and just run down areas everywere. Wiifii was intermittent Garden area could of been amazing but it desperatly needs some TLC and fixing up, the fake grass is jist laid onto p of the ground which resulted in us relaying it daily due to rhe wind Theres rubbish and wood left around. It is a beautiful location and has potential to be amazing if they actually put some time into the upkeep of the property. We had a lovely peaceful stay until the last night, there was a party in the villa next door that had music on until atleast 1am. Really loud that you cpukd here it full volume with our windows and shutteds closed. "

"Casita rural, con un jardín lleno de frutales, en un lugar tranquilo y apartado en las montañas del centro de la isla. Estupendo para pasar unos días apacibles y visitar lugares y pueblos pintorescos del interior de Gran Canaria. En el pueblo cercano de Santa Lucía se puede comprar lo que se necesite.La casa está muy limpia y bien acondicionada. El porche es estupendo para descansar a la sombra en la hamaca y se pueden coger frutas (nísperos, naranjas y limones cuando nosotros fuimos) directamente de los árboles). Conviene tener en cuenta que la carretera que lleva hasta el pueblo desde la costa (ya sea por el norte o por el sureste) es de montaña y, aunque está en muy buenas condiciones, es estrecha y con muchas curvas, de manera que hay que ir despacio y se tarda mucho en recorrer unos pocos kilómetros. Las vistas son preciosas y abundan los ciclistas. También hay que saber que el acceso a la propiedad, después de aparcar el coche, es bastante empinado y podría resultar difícil a personas en sillas de ruedas o ancianas.Los dueños de la casa son muy amables. Hay dardos magnéticos, juegos de mesa, películas en dvd, libros, tebeos y una playstation con juegos para entretener a los chicos después de un día cansado recorriendo lugares bonitos o en la playa.Recomiendo el restaurante local La caldera, en Santa Lucía, donde se puede comer barato y probar platos y postres típicos canarios, como las papas arrugadas y los guisos de cabra."

"We really enjoyed our week here, a very nice traditional Casa, spacious and comfortable. The manager is very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. There are many nice walks that one can do from the doorstep, and the views across the valley are very scenic. And Santa Lucia with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away. "

"This home was beautiful and well equipped, although the street approaching it was messy and uninviting. The village had some nice shops and a few restaurants but only one open after 5 pm. The views were awesome from the twisty roads and lots of hiking trails."

"2weeks of cycling with friends. Road access to the house is not the easiest since it has a few steep climbs and add about 400 feet of elevation both ways. House is very clean, old finca. You can lock yourself out of the rooms if you are not careful."

"Uns hat das Haus es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber wenn man Ruhe sucht und sich abseits vom Tubel erholen möchte, ist es genau das Richtige. Zumal es auch reichlich nahe gelegen Wanderwege gibt. Sehr gut ist auch der Service, wir haben uns aus Versehen mal ausgesperrt, und der Verwalter kam sehr zügig mit einem Zweitschlüssel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief auch sehr gut."
