"Lovely location foe walking into sorrento. Close to the train station Staff very helpful and attentive Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Roof top bar The Dry Martini amazing . Great choice at breakfast. Beautiful pool area with pool towels provided."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. We were a little concerned when we got to the parking lot and found that we needed to be transported by golf cart to the hotel. It was a steep ride but so much fun. The cove where the hotel is offers spectacular views with plenty of restaurants and beach. Our hotel room was waterfront and just a dream view from our huge balcony. Getting into town was a short golf cart ride to the bus stop and quick ride to the Main Street in Sorrento for shopping, restaurants and ferry. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Our room was beautiful, and the view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and helped us to create a wonderful itinerary of events while we were there. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a short walk to all the shops in downtown area, but away from all the chaos. We loved the breakfasts each morning on the beautiful outdoor terrace and the food was fantastic. The upstairs pool on the sun deck was the perfect place to relax have a drink and enjoy the views. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area of Sorrento."

"Covo dei Saraceni is an excellent hotel in the no car zone (pedestrians only) right at the ferry stop. At the beach & at the marina with umbrellas and chairs to purchase for the day. Lots of restaurants around. Outstanding breakfast included. Fantastic pool! Staff is awesome. Porter service to get your luggage up to main road for $10 per luggage. Our room had a large patio overlooking the main area, beach, & boats. Loved watching the activity below. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is one of the finest properties at which I've stayed in the entire world. I've traveled to many countries and experienced some great hotels, but this is my favorite. The location is as ideal as one could imagine. It came under new ownership two years ago and they must have spent tens of millions on the renovation. The hotel is immaculate. Stunningly gorgeous with a view you'll remember for all your days. The rooms are beautiful - white, blue and green with fabulous beds. The bar looks like it is a refreshed version of a bygone era in all its opulence and charm. The food was very good. Every meal is well executed and the staff are at the ready to make sure you have an amazing stay. Superior cocktails and spritzes and a small but impressive wine list filled with local gems. A couple of people to call out in particular include Giancarlo who welcomed us with warmth and a great tour of the property while our room was being readied. He made us feel welcome from the Sergio the maitre d' is a joy to be around and a true professional. He makes the experience better with his charm and kindness. He elevates the staff and is a highlight of any dinner looking out on the sea. The restaurant staff are excellent as is the barman. It is an expensive part of the world, but when you're at the Europa Palace, you feel like you're getting service and an experience that meets or exceeds the price."

"It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go.."
