"The staff at check in was amazing! So kind and helpful! The pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal!! Service at the bar and grill was amazing and the food was delicious!😋 We have stayed here a few times and will always come back!"

"It was Spring Break and the staff was overwhelmed and the pool and amenities were basically unusable due to over crowding. It was loud and my room was by the elevator which was extremely annoying "

"For the price, this location is worth every penny. I was hesitant to stay at a Motel, but this place has it all and you feel so safe at night. They’ve done a great job decorating and the beds are clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely and the lobby had fun vibes. The only thing I can think negatively is the lobby breakfast coffee was bad ( watery). But truly that’s the worst thing I could say about this. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"So dirty and loud. This place is the equivalent of a very poorly maintain Motel 6. The vinyl flooring is separating at the seams through the building hallways, the carpet in our room had numerous stains and spills on it, bedding was stained, housekeeping never showed up to change our bedding or give us towels in a multiple night stay, the walls were putty patches throughout the building that were never painted, the entry doors don’t secure and several had exposed electrical dangling from them. The pool has half the amount of chairs of occupants making it more competitive than relaxing. They charged $50 for parking which wasn’t noted in the booking. The rooms are not soundproofed at all and it is very noisy all hours. I would not send anyone I liked to this motel. "

"Took over 2 hours to check in due to dirty rooms. Shower head was broken after checking in. Pool waiter tried to double tip on bill till I realized and called him out. If you get pool service be sure to ask for an itemized bill before signing your receipt. "

"Outdated rooms! Not sure if that’s the vibe, but bathroom outdated, you can actually see the calcium buildup on shower head and faucets. Don’t like that you have to wait in line for pool access and they only let you in after 9 and then they do a pool “break” in the middle of the day, where everyone has to go out of the pool! Not sure what’s that for! Been to many Palm Springs hotels and we were perfectly fine without the pool break! 🙄 Lazy river closes at 6 🙄."
