"Excellent hotel and great location"

"Soy un gran fan de Mandarín. Calculo que he estado en cerca de 30 distintos en todo el mundo. Donde hay uno, lo elijo. El de Shanghai, muy inesperadamente, no me pareció sobresaliente en servicio y en calidad de sus restaurantes, a pesar de haber experimentado"

"Great experience of my stay"

"ممتاز جدا"

"The hotel was very clean, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Gofor my personal taste too much perfume in the entrance and the carpets needto beckean Overall was good"

"スタッフが優しい"

"The staff was absolutely world class. I needed Asthma medication while visiting the country on short notice and they helped me to get it. They were friendly, accomodating and went above and beyond from the reception through to the housekeeping. Would visit again just for this hotel alone."

They also provided complimentary bottled water every day. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located near a shopping area and Metro station. One downside was that we found a small cockroach in the bed and had to switch rooms. The staff acted quickly to sort it out and followed up with us to make sure everything...

"Very good service and the staffs are very helpful in terms of luggage handling and calling cars."

"Wonderful hotel. We love it"
