"Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service."

"Overall the stay was great and we enjoyed our time at IFC. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen appliances were provided. We had a partial view of the pearl tower which was nice. Breakfast buffet spread was average and taste was bland. Location whilst good (connected to the high end IFC mall) - is on the quiet end of the bund. "

"I stayed on the 30th floor facing the river and the view as spectacular facing the river bend. It is a beautiful property and well maintained with great service. Staff is polite and attentive. I also received the club level services where i receive complementary breakfast, afternoon snake and lite fare for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable 6 -day stay. "

"The check in staff for us didn’t give the most warm welcome and limited information. We weren’t told about the gym or wifi - and that is normally pretty standard welcome info to be shared. The room temperature was constantly tough to balance - it was 24.5 degrees and wouldn’t go down beyond 23. This was my room and my colleagues. If you are sensitive to the smell of cigarettes these rooms, though now are non smoking , you can tell allowed smoking before. The breakfast is okay - a great view but staff don’t seat you - you find a table yourself and even get your own coffee. Also read the fine print as I got breakfast included with my stay but the check in member told me I only get breakfast for one day. Never had that before. Honestly the best part of this was the location - right along the bund and close to the needle, shopping and outdoor restaurants. The cleaning staff are very attentive and excellent. The front desk staff could be nicer and more welcoming. "
