Anytime we had a concern they were very prompt to respond. They transferred us to and from the Placencia Airport free of charge. "Fantastic stay! The rooms were beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. The property is breathtaking and well kept. We stopped at many hotel resorts on the way, checked them out and none compared to this one. The included breakfast we were able to order of the menu was delicious, the staff extremely helpful and polite. The site offered lunch, and had a great bar. We had an unforgettable stay-recommend!!!"

Teresa at the front desk spoiled us by ensuring everything went smoothly, booked restaurant reservations and excursions for us, and was absolutely lovely to chat with.
