"Family of 7 and our first time to Belize. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything this we needed. We spent lots of time lounging on the deck and the kids swam in the pool. Rubin and Mariza made our stay extra special by welcoming us and cooking a few fantastic dinners. You need to have them cook a few dinners, they are excellent cooks and hosts. They can also help you to book some great tours, just ask!Overall, it was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!"

"Wonderful stay at the Brisa! The rooms are thoughtfully designed with quality finishings (hardwood and natural stone throughout) and the staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions of what to do and arranging transport. The resort is perfectly located in the heart of Placencia but doesn't feel crowded. The beachfront itself is well-maintained and there are free kayaks and bikes to use as well. Highly recommended! "

"This resort was amazing from the staff, who accommodated me and my wife very well, the room, the views, the food. There were plenty to do from swimming in the pool or the beach, which was literally a step off my balcony, to snorkeling, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and pickleball etc. The resort is on its own lisland however they have boards to get from the island to the village on demand. This resortbis luxury and relaxation at its finest. I booked the spacious king and I'm telling you it's beautiful and luxurious and you will not be disappointed. Just a few things to be aware of is room service was not 24/7 with a cutoff time of between 9-10pm. The food menu was a bit limited in my opinion however staff will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Also, there's a service charge at the end of stay which is gratuity for staff which I payed around $182USD for a 5-6 day stay. I will definitely stay at this resort again. "

"Fantastic place for a family vacation. Easy walking access to village. Beautiful accommodation with beachfront and private pool, and other games on site. Quiet and relaxing with wonderful staff including chef that cooked delicious meals accommodating for dietary preferences and allergies. Highly recommend if you want a fun relaxed private environment to enjoy time with family."

"Ummmm…. Where to begin. The property has a view like no other. However….its clean but not clean, it’s great but not great lol. The treehouse has great potential, definitely needs A/C we had a pretty rough sleep unless you’re use to the heat. Being from Canada we almost melted. It’s tidy and livable but definitely not clean. The bedding and towels were clean. But the toilet, fridge, sink, dishes and drying rack all needed a good wipe down. I was happy we had travel Lysol wipes to say the least. Wifi/service was very hit and miss. The beach and surrounding the property was dirty with debris, garbage and junk. So as long as you focus on the ocean you’re good lol. Would definitely stay again just because of the view but would prepare for the conditions of the place. Priced high for what you get. Also the grey water from the sink drains bucks out of a pipe sticking out of the side of the house. Do not mistake for an outside shower lol. Also I believe the host enjoys a few or 30 adult beverages prior to arrival and may or may not wipe out on a bicycle lol very nice lady though. All other staff was excellent. "
