"Woke up with bedbug bites. no soap or towels in my room when I checked in. Hair in the bed. Dirty mugs. ordered room service with the QR code in the room, waited an hour then when I asked where it was I was told by staff that the QR code isn’t in use anymore, why have that in the room if it is not in use, I lost money over it."

"Great location. Lots of lovely cafes nearby and the area felt safe! Stayed in a 4 person room which was at the very top - it was very warm being up in the roof due to hot weather, but fans were provided which helped a lot! Luggage storage was provided for early arrival. Only suggestion would be a little more storage - perhaps some more space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a great experience for a really good price!"
