"property needs good renovation"

"The room was okay for two nights. Near the Norbury train station, like 5min away. The staff was kind and polite. However, we found that was a bit far for us from main places in London."

"It was ok,"

"My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting "

"Extremely dirty, dusty, unkempt room, poor cleaning, dirty bathroom, disgusting mold, dirty bin and the strongest stretch of food all throughout the property"

"Lovely hotel in Bromley. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. "Air con was broken and very noisy all night"

"The pillow was smelly"

"Very comfortable and a great breakfast."

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"
