"We were in town for a graduation and our stay was perfect. the rooms are spacious and clean. my husband and i had a friend room with us for a night and we still had plenty of room. The pool area was clean and they offer plenty of seating and grills for cook outs."

"We arrived late in the evening. The clerk at the front desk was quite friendly. He didn't know that we had a long, hard & emotional day driving (death in family). His conversation put a smile on my face. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. We were able to get some MUCH needed, comfortable rest."

"When my fiancé and I were considering what we wanted for our wedding, we knew we wanted an intimate location where all our closest family and friends could gather for the weekend. The RMB Longhorn West was everything we could have wanted and more. Mary Beth was the absolute most helpful host and personally so so kind to us and our families. She graciously allowed us to visit the property twice during the 1 1/2 years we were planning. We and our guests alike found that it was the PERFECT location. The home, land, and the livestock were incredible. Mary Beth also owns another home on the property that my husband’s family were able to stay in, further allowing all our people to be in one place! Even if you’re not looking to throw a small wedding like us, this is a beautiful home in a quiet location that is built with gathering in mind. 10/10 experience. Above and beyond what we expected. My husband said that the top bedroom where he and his groomsmen stayed was the best room in the house. Everything was perfect for him from the bathrooms to the nice mattresses in the upstairs room. He wants to the owners to know that he is so thankful for the hospitality from Mary Beth and just how personable she is. Our family loved the large space both inside the home and out. Our guests loved the ample back patio space and fire pit! If you are considering this for your wedding, if intimate is the goal, the RMB Longhorn West is the way to go. "

"We had a lovely time at Tuscany in Texas and John was a great host! We came to the country to visit aging family and, with a 7-year-old in tow, it's sometimes hard to keep him entertained. The Tuscany pool was a welcome distraction and something we used every morning and night. This peaceful location was a perfect way to get some time to unwind in the midst of all our visits. Beds are comfy, the house had everything we needed, and the property is beautiful (and will be even nicer in the future). So I don't appear to be the owner writing a glowing review, I will list a small complaint. There are a lot of light switches at the house and it's very confusing to get them turned on and off. Luckily all the outside lights are controlled remotely and John was available to turn them on/off when we requested a change. And we eventually figured out the key inside lights to use and had a system figured out by the end of our stay.Overall, we definitely plan to come back to Tuscany. This is such a lovely part of Texas and we are lucky enough to have an excuse to come visit annually. And now that we've found Tuscany in Texas, we finally have a retreat that makes the trip more like a vacation for all of us."

"Cute and super clean place to stay not too far from Round Top area. Fayetteville is a cool little town. Host is very accessible and responds very quickly to any questions I had( my first time booking with vrbo). The house has everything you need! Great experience!"
