"All was substantially as expected. The one star was lost due to the required very expensive insurance or even more expensive deposit. We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs in hill country and never seen this requirement. We almost didnt book because of it. "

"Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open emails every time, but it never happened. We have rented from VRBO for over 35 years and I always communicated by phone or text with issues or questions."
