"The property was not in the best condition, the hotel room was dirty dusty and had a smear on the toilet. I woke up with bite marks on me this is all reported to the hotel. I did not feel well enough to stay any longer I left as soon as I could get myself together and did not feel good enough to eat due to my health and the condition of the hotel. "

Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open emails every time, but it never happened. We have rented from VRBO for over 35 years and I always communicated by phone or text with issues or questions."
