VILLA BINI VENT is an elegant and spacious villa perfectly located in a quiet area in the best area of Binibeca, in Binibeca Vell, just a few meters from the sea. It is within walking distance of the fishing village, all the stores and restaurants and the beautiful beach of Binibeca.



This villa has sea views, spacious garden, large pool and Wifi. The split air conditioning is new and very quiet, installed in 2022.



The kitchen of the house has been completely renovated and equipped with all appliances in spring 2024, for a perfect stay. The house also has 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins, and 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite, a large living dining area with views and access to the terrace, a porch equipped for eating and dining al fresco, and a barbecue. It has SmartTV.



VILLA BINI VENT is close to the beach and enjoys sea views is located 12 km from the port of Mahon and 19 km from Es Grau. The nearest airport is Menorca, located 8 km away. 750 meters from the beach of Cala Binibèquer, 2.1 km from the beach of Cala Binisafúller and 2.8 km from the beach of Calo Blanc.

In the months of July and August the entrances and exits will be only from Saturday to Saturday.
