"This place is amazing ! Beautiful, the staff are so lovely, the rooms were so comfortable and the location fab. Particularly amazing was the breakfast"

"This hotel was 5 star+++. From our check in to our check out. We were offered an upgrade from our already beautiful room i thought I picked which then included breakfast each day. Free drinks in our fridge and a beautiful box full of chips, biscuits, nuts and other goodies. The room was a great size with a balcony on the 21st floor overlooking Marina Bay Sands. Breakfast was so good. Such a wonderful variety. Something for everyone. We had a turn down service every night of our bed and...

"Just a beautiful place to stay"

"Quite disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay, and it was only made known to us a few days before our trip. To be fair, hotel did offer alternative swimming facility in a nearby hotel but it would not be convenient to us."

"I had a smooth check-in process at the hotel and Tessa made me feel very welcomed! She offered to escort us and our luggage to our room which was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great! I was able to enjoy the pool with easy. The staff was very helpful with every question I had and helped me plan my stay"

Can they finally upgrade or this to a room on the fifth floor that didn't smell like the first room. The first impression, when you walk in the front door and look to your left. The carpets...

"They often forgot to makeup the room. Towels were old and worn out."
