The Condado Plaza Hotel
The staff at Condado were lovely. I do think tourists need to understand that things move at a slower pace in Puerto Rico, and I was happy to be patient when waiting for food, coffee, or drinks because everyone was so polite, fun, and friendly. Condado Vanderbilt Hotel
A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat.

Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado
Clean large room for our family of four. There was construction going on at the time so it was loud in the morning but we woke up early anyway so wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is great, close enough for a short uber ride to old San Juan.

Condado Ocean Club - Adults Only
The hotel was very clean at all times, staff was very friendly. I never experienced this but if we had our staying in card, housekeeping would have the front desk call us to see if we needed housekeeping for the day or if we needed anything. That was outstanding service!
