"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. The breakfast included was extremely poor, some stale bread and butter and a couple of burnt croissants. Find...

Top Saint Martin Basilica Hotel Reviews

Les Trésorières

10/10 Excellent

"very helpful staff, clean rooms and property good location, lovely small hotel"

Hotel Mondial

8/10 Good

"The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are really great. The location is excellent and the rates are very reasonable - so why be not five stars? Because there’s no elevator and we had to climb 85 stairs to our room carrying luggage, Reception is 40 steps C up from the front entrance so enjoy the hotel if you’re fit!"

Hilton Garden Inn Tours Centre

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel in a fab location in beautiful Tours, with everything in easy walking distance. The room was nice with an extremely comfortable bed and parking was easy (public parking under the hotel). The best part by far though we’re the people working there, so friendly and helpful and they all were fluent in English which was so helpful when we had an issue with our car, they found us a garage who could look at it that day. Don’t hesitate booking this hotel"

Hampton by Hilton Tours Centre

8/10 Good

"A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about."

L'Adresse Boutique Hotel

8/10 Good

"Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the old town."

Kyriad Tours - Saint Pierre des Corps Gare

8/10 Good

"Room was basic but clean & that’s all we were looking for. After a long day of travel, I was glad to see the hotel as we left the station so that we could put our feet up & relax."

Charming apartment in the heart of the historic center

8/10 Good

"This is a lovely apartment in the center of old Tours. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything for an enjoyable stay. It's central location means that there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep!Alexandre the host is extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions. However, you should be aware that as the apartment on the second floor of a beautiful old building, there is no lift and the stairs are spiral and quite steep with no handrail on the second flight. If you are travelling with small bags this shouldn't be an issue, however if you have mobility issues or have large luggage such as suitcases you should be aware. It's also worth bearing in mind that due to it's central location it can get noisy at night into the early hours - with the windows closed it's fine but on a warm night this could be a disturbance.Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here, but as we had a heavy suitcase I wanted to mention the stairs as it's not in the description."

Nemea Appart Hotel Quai Victor Tours Centre

8/10 Good

"Wknd breakfasts start late: 8;30 and I am already out the door. AND rooms don't have coffee or tea setups but do have kitchens? Pool and fitness center also had limited hours. Wanted to do an AM swim but it opened AFTER breakfast? Location was good and thankfully there is a grocery next door."

Relais St Eloi, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

8/10 Good

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
