The deluxe room was well designed for travelers, with a good bed, toilet separate from a great shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of closet space and enough room. It was superb value for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast also good value. The hotel isn’t modern but has character and is comfortable. It is in a good location, readily accessible to the sights of Tours and the railway station but also well situated for quickly driving out of town to visit chateaux. The parking, for which one pays extra and needs to reserve, is tight, so we wished we had had a mid-size instead of full-size SUV (which would have also been better for some of the narrow country roads outside of Tours). The gym only has a few cardio machines but one could probably get a good workout at a fitness club not far away. We didn’t try the mini-pool or hamam but they looked nice.

Perfect for expiring tours and Loire valley

Hotel was in perfect location. The room was good size. The hotel entrance smelled like someone was cooking fish (assuming it was the restaurant), but ring were excellent.

Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay when in Tours. The service was outstanding. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was full of good choices. Finally, the location was the best. It is less than a five minute walk from the train station and less than a 20 minute walk to the old town and the area with the best restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again when in Tours.

Conveniently located

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

Very nice hotel, location is good, very closed to railway station and 12 min walk to the old town. My room , suite, was very comfortable with quiet ,well-working AC. Stuff was very helpful. However, I try to contact with hotel about book a car parking and find out that they not receive any my massages. So if you make a booking through Expedia or Hotel.com your massages probably wouldn’t send to hotel. You should contact directly to the hotel . Fortunately it was a public holiday in France and parking on the street in front of hotel was free. I also want to mention that I forgot my AirPods in the room, they call me a couple of hours later and organised to post it to my address . Impressive!

Weak wi-fi signal

Unfortunately, the wi-fi signal is terrible and do not reach to our room. The staff was kind and professional. Check-in was fast. The room is large enough and comfortable. The bathroom was refurbished and is nice. The neigborhood seems good and not noisy.

Good

A great lobby, especially the high ceiling, pool and piano, and great location, near train station, huge city pool, park and restaurants. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Wonderful showers. One room though, was better than the other, yet they came at the same price. The better one had nice views and was spacious. The lesser one was smaller, had 1 window instead of 2, and had slanted beams that you had be aware of or risk hitting your head. Also, odd that there was 1 chair in the rooms instead of 2.
