"We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!"

Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. "Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. Wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely return if I ever go to Japan again."
