I felt particularly secure because you needed your room card to use the elevator and even access the floor. I appreciated the public bath on 3rd floor and made use of it! The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was very pleased with this booking because I felt that we got excellent value and the location was wonderful, especially once we discovered that a subway exit was right beside it, the underground walkway was so convenient for accessing all of where we wanted to go in Umeda/Osaka, and there was a Lawson’s just around the corner from the entrance on the first floor oft he building! Definitely would stay here again!"

"We loved this hotel! Our room was huge (twin + bunk beds), the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property is beautiful. The only tiny downside is the location. It's in a business area so there aren't a ton of reataurants, but if you're willing to walk a few blocks you'll have lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here again."
