"A great location and great value for money. Parking was only a short walk away with a great discount code. It is a bit of a maze to get around to the room but that added to the experience. The room was compact, clean and comfortable. Our only gripes were that we could only get BBC 2 on the TV, the lights kept going off(this was sorted by reception) and the bedding was itchy. Also, it would of been nice to have 2 pillows not 1! "

"Bed was comfy. But room was freezing cold and heater didn’t work properly. Offered a portable heater by staff when I complained. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs looked like something I threw up during my first hangover at 16. No mugs left for tea/coffee. No glasses left for juice. Eventually glasses come out from kitchen but roasting hot. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed"

"I just wanted to share my appreciation to both staff manager and hotels.com colleagues for listening to my request for a bath and due to me going through the worst 2 weeks of my life, tackling landlords and letting agency’s with countless housing incidents and not having support. This upgrade on the suite room really left me so overwhelmed and I cried with happy tears. To feel so supported like that really made my stay so enjoyable. The bath and the room was amazing. The staff were kind and considerate giving the fact I had work in the hospital the next day. The bed was perfect and to top things off the view, iron, ironing board for my uniform and general peace was so much needed. I cannot thank you all enough and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! PS just a little tip get a window cleaner to clean the moss round the edge of the outside interior and maybe a touch of paint! Other than that the hotel is lovely! "
