"The location is perfect. It is very quiet. The owners live upstairs, but you wouldn't even know it. It is furnished beautifully and very well stocked. Highly Recommend."

"We loved this rental. Perfect fit for our group of 8 plus a 2 year old. This home was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. We were having a toddler birthday party during the day and an Easter egg hunt and get together the following day. Not only was the house spacious with plenty of living space inside but there was a huge outside area for games and entertaining. We had 2 small dogs and the enclosed living space was perfect for them. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping yet the home had the feel of being more rural. It was on a quiet street with little traffic.Our host was extremely attentive and responded quickly. I could tell immediately that they were family oriented and encouraged family get togethers. The kitchen was so nice with spacious fridge and lots of pots, pans, and utensils. Loved this rental!"

"i wish I found this property 3-4 years ago when my son was a freshman. HAThis is top 1% of properties I have stayed at w VRBO. Outstanding find. I highly recommend this. Stacy was awesome and the whole experience was a great surprise.Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 with check in is because the Cottage unit was one of 2-3 places to knock on - walk up to. but WELL WORTH IT! "This may be my favorite vacation home EVER! The host thought of absolutely everything. As someone with migraine, having light dimmers in every room was a game changer. The bed was cozy, there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm, and the fireplace in the bedroom was so amazing. Best of all, it was SPOTLESS! I could go on and on, but truly - I would recommend this home wholeheartedly and would absolutely stay again "

"Great little spot with good access to walking areas. The apartment is decorated and supplied very well. My spring time stay has been enjoyable with all trees blooming and butterfly bushes that smell amazing right outside by the patio!"
