"My son and I were there for one night for a fencing tournament. The room was clean and comfortable. The requested 6am wake-up call happened. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 but we were happy to find it early and quite satisfactory. The staff were helpful. The location is what it is, but worked for our needs. Didn’t have time to try the exercise room or anything like that. All in all exceeded expectations."

"Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. The front desk staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"It wasn’t THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at, but it was pretty close. Front desk staff was near non-existent. The woman at check-in was fine. When I called down for linens for the sofa bed, I was told there was no housekeeping and I needed to come down and get it. After waiting for probably ten minutes, the guy hands me a wad of linens. I get back to my room and there is a fitted and flat sheet. No blanket. I call back down - no answer. I just go to bed. Morning breakfast hot items were...

"We liked the location, clean facility and friendly front desk. Few things we were not happy about, My family and I could hear everything all night from the adjacent rooms, loud television and even an argument between a couple at 2 am in the morning . People slamming doors in the middle of the night. The body wash and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were empty."

"I reserved a two queen bed room but got a king bed. They didn’t have any other rooms available. The hotel provided us an extra bed but it was an awkward and cramped stay. The staff was nice about it but it was not a comfortable stay."

"After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the...

"Stayed 2 nights and it was perfectly fine. No complaints. I would stay there again."

"We had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel was clean, modern, and nicely updated, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the water was nice and warm, making it a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the wonderful staff managing the breakfast area. They were extremely...

"Easy to get to right off of Route 9. Nice breakfast and gym. Only complaint is that the indoor pool wasn't heated enough. Front desk was a breeze. Our go to place when visiting family in Ossining and Mahopac."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home-like environment made us feel comfortable and welcome, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The kitchen was clean, and breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. We also appreciated having access to the gym during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay again!"

"I liked the kind staff that got me ice when I realized they had no ice machines. The room was clean but had a sweat/lockeroom smell but subsided when I put the fan on. The tv remotes were kinda falling apart and one tv didn’t have guide option on remote. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft for my liking thankfully I brought my own. Overall the place is clean and breakfast was nice."

"Decent enough place, clean, accessible, although it seems a bit pricey. Everything extra was a charge, including $10 for parking, which I've never been charged for outside of a city. Ant it was a bit noisy, you could here trucks pounding on the nearby highway. Next time I'm in the area I'll look elsewhere."

"We had a one bedroom suite booked. When we got there we were told no one bedroom available. They put us in a room with a king size bed and waived the pet fee. Was not happy, but did spend the night. Room was in the remodeled section. Fan in bathroom didn't work, entry door stuck and had visible gaps in it. Not impressed and won't be back"
