"For the price I really cannot complain! The staff were lovely, and the cleaning staff were especially helpful. The room was nice, the only thing I could point out was the damp patch on the wall which needs a cover up, but apart from that, it was a lovely stay and I slept like a baby."

"room was cleaned daily, however, on one of the days we returned back to the room around 11pm, after being out all day, door had not been shut properly and was left open, black bin bag full of rubbish, not just ours, was left open in the room. outside windows were very dirty and needed cleaning. TV - does not allow you to see what is on the TV, you just have to channel surf, volume is set at 22 for the highest, which is not very high and struggled to hear the TV. Stayed 5 nights, and room was not hoovered or the bathroom floor brushed the whole time. Kettle in the room leaks when filled up"

"Great location we have stayed here a good few times this time the must of gave us the smallest room was clean and tidy could if done with glasses for water 2 more pillows it wouldn't stop us staying there location for us is spot on staff so nice was just the room so small and you couldn't check in till three o'clock"

"The lady that checked me in was lovely and very helpful, explaining the air con in my room. The hotel was in a great spot, close to the Apollo where I was attending an event. The room was spacious and very quiet, no noise from the street Would recommend. A lovely stay."
