"LOVED our stay. Hot springs soak was great with fluffy robes provided.. Only add-on would have been a microwave in the room."

"Overall so beautiful hotel! Lobby, outside area were my favourite. Restaurant - good. The only thing which was so-so was the room itself - since the hotel is pet-friendly (that is wonderful!) i could find animal hair/fur on the chairs, even in bed some. And the room looked quite cheap. All other things +++ I loved to stay there for a weedend."

"Loved the great old log cabin vibe. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and the bedroom with just a double in it downstairs. Be aware of that if you have elderly, young, or unstable guests coming with you. Great location for great walks. I hear the hot tub was great. A great place for a relaxing getaway."

"The staff was extremely rude when checking in. We had called to inquire about early check in and the phone call went well. She said because of the holiday they couldn’t guarantee an early check in but said we could check when we were close and if there was a room ready we could check in then. No mention of a $65.00 fee for early check in. When we arrive the front desk lady was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I could understand a reasonable fee for early check in but that was way too much. It wasn’t busy at all and I was very frustrated by how we were treated. We won’t be staying there ever again."
