"We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at his beautiful home! We stayed for the entire month of July and had the most amazing time. The home is so pretty, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The floorplan was perfect for our stay, with a large open floorplan, two bedrooms and one bath downstairs and one bedroom and bath upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed wonderful views from the many windows and large outdoor decks. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, cookware, etc. The home was in a great location! So many nearby hiking trails and conveniently located to all of the areas nearby restaurants, breweries, wineries, cideries, and historic towns. Our hosts were incredibly nice with timely and thorough communication before and throughout our stay. We definitely did not want to leave!"

"The view is indeed spectacular ( when the clouds weren’t high in the mountain) and the house very comfy and huge. Some things need to be upgraded and we had some minor maintenance issues but the manager was quick to fix all but one (previous renter put a bar of soap down a toilet and put it out of commission). The family - 5 couples two teens a toddler and an infant had a wonderful time. Expensive but created wonderful memories"

"Location was great, right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to take screenshots of your check-in code before arriving as there’s spotty Wi-Fi so we couldn’t even call the host. We drove down the road until we got LTE bars on cell phone and then we could check in. Bed was comfy, shower good. Lots of privacy; didn’t hear the neighbors in the cabin next to Dripping Rock. Didn’t use the big tub. Loved the quiet location & all the fireflies. Saw lots of deer & bunnies. Arrived during the Canadian wildfire smoke so that obscured a lot of views. Be sure to visit nearby Sherando (?) Lake nearby: nice beach, outdoor shower, swim to an island, hike trails around it (no lifeguard so be attentive), campsites, picnic tables. Glad we picked it and way quieter than the massive Wintergreen resort."

"We had a great time this weekend in your cozy cabin. There was just enough room for everyone and we were all quite comfortable. The nature around the cabin was so pretty, and we had tons of beautiful butterflies visit us. We ended our afternoons with a nice dip in the hot tub, which is a nice addition to the home. The hosts were very accommodating when we needed local information as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home."

"We loved this cottage for its convenience (location), comfort, interior design, the hot tub, and cleanliness. The inside is really lovely. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen well appointed, and the deck/hot tub/fire pits were great. I think we’d give it 5 stars if the yard benefitted from a bit of landscaping, so the view from the front porch (where we took our morning coffee) is improved. Some weeding and a few strategically placed hedges or trees would block the road traffic and view of a seemingly abandoned camper van next door, and invite more birds. Some pavers to the front door would be good, too, given the dirt/mud (it rained a couple of days). This seems like a new place, so maybe these are planned! Otherwise, we were very happy inside."
