The house has everything you would need plus more. "This was a great house in the mountains. It was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was amazing, allowing us to sit and watch nature, with our pup joining in on the family activity. Bring food and drinks and enjoy nature in this comfortable home. You could go out to eat, but you have to navigate the windy mountain roads, and everything is 20 plus minutes away. Try the CrabTree Falls hike, about 10 miles down the road, the views were spectacular. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will stay again if in the area."

"It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay, in a beautiful setting along the Tyre River. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. And we were able to enjoy visiting some wonderful natural sites nearby (Crabtree Falls & the Natural Bridge). Our thanks to Margaret and Kenneth for opening their wonderful cabin to us!"

"The river access is top notch. Great location near a bunch of hikes. A perfect, peaceful spot for a weekend. "

"Really nice tranquil cabin with a porch and fire pit overlooking a little river. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was a great size. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans. Coffee k cups and creamer and sugar was provided, which was so nice. Surprised my husband with this trip for his birthday and stayed with our 3yr old and 2 dogs. Multiple cabins on the property but they’re thoughtfully placed so that each cabin renter has their own privacy and space and view of the river. Cabin had everything we needed, even firewood for a fire and access to grills with propane. Owner was friendly and communicative. Really enjoyed the closeness to multiple nature parks and trails and breweries, wineries, and distilleries. We also really enjoyed seeing the state fish hatchery too and there is Montebello Resort close by that allows for fishing without a license as it’s private. A lady at Montebello did say that unfortunately the fish prefer cooler fall weather. The nights and mornings relaxing on the porch watching the river go on by were so rejuvenating. Thanks for a great stay."

"We just pulled back in our driveway after an amazing 2 days at this little slice of just absolute bliss. Cabins were new, the bed was comfy and nothing beats walking barefoot through the stream or sitting around the fire pit. Gorgeous views when the sun burns through the fog in the mornings too. We're definitely coming back! We were there with two other couples and you wouldn't even have known. The pollinator garden was a nice touch too. hank you! "

"The home was lovely and I have never seen a VRBO so well stocked with anything you might need. Everything was provided. The creek is a soothing sound and the dogs just loved the yard! Close to some great trails. Very gracious hosts."

"We didn’t know exactly what to expect when we got here and to say it was way beyond anything we could have imagined is an understatement!! The cabin was beautiful inside and out and the host was very responsive for any of our needs!! Coffee by a beautiful creek with a huge fire pit it was amazing!! I highly recommend this place 10/10!!!!!"
