"Since we stay here frequently, this might sound like a small detail, but changing the lightbulbs from soft white to daylight white really takes away from the feel of the property. The brighter, harsher lighting makes the place feel cheap and honestly reminded us of a WoodSpring Suites—not the atmosphere we expect from a Hyatt. This was supposed to be a soccer tournament weekend, but the tournament was canceled due to rain. Normally, the pool is packed with kids during these weekends, but with...

"The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and professonial."

"We appreciated the fact we were able to get into our room a little early. Nice having a little store downstairs. Room had some spider webs, water pressure wasn't the best, the sinks were loose."

"The bathroom was not as clean when I checked in. There was hair in the sink and the bathtub, smudges on the mirror and the faucet wasn’t as clean. It deterred me from taking a bath. There was dust under the bed, the floor didn’t look like it was mopped. Also the bathroom smelled like someone nearby was smoking pot and it was circulating through the vent into the bathroom. I had to keep bathroom door shut."

"Brenda was a wonderful host greeting us upon arrival and at checkout following a wonderful breakfast. Our room was spacious and comfortable & we enjoyed having a whirlpool to relax in at end of a long day. We would definitely stay at this B&B again."

"We had a great time"

"The location of Camp Eddy was very convenient for us, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The tiny home was clean."

"Compared to a lot of LaQuinta properties we’ve stayed in recently, we travel a lot,… this one seems to have fell behind in maintenance. It was just an “OK” stay. Elevator didn’t work correctly and had a sign, the side door didn’t work and had a sign, so you had to go around to the front. Inside the elevator there was scratched up “graffiti” on the display panel. The room was half redone nicely and half old. The couch looked old and had “stains” on it, there was only one tiny bottle of shampoo...

"Great historic building with large rooms. Very much a boutique hotel with easy walk to great restaurants. We will be back."

"Good value motel. Great towels."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home, which made our stay especially comfortable. We had a minor glitch with the cable, but the fast and efficient in restoring, Other then the airshow, we appreciated the quiet...
