"I can’t wait to come back! The whole experience was amazing! The place is gorgeous, well maintained, clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We were there for the Newport Half Marathon and they were so kind to leave out fruit, granola bars, oatmeal etc out on a platter since they knew we’d have a very early morning and miss the breakfast window. And the next day’s breakfast was delicious! I can’t say enough great things. Don’t hesitate to book here!"

"This hotel is VERY outdated. The floors in our room were uneven. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was no hand or body soap in the dispensers. The only plus was location as it was directly across the street from the start and finish lines for the marathon. The staff was very nice but the hotel is in need of a major overhaul."

"The room was clean and comfortable. As this is a historic building, there is no elevator. However, specify a first floor room when booking. The breakfast buffet was excellent and nicely presented. The village area around the hotel features many shops and restaurants. It is a few blocks from the waterfront in a very walkable area. The hotel is a short drive from the mansions. We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this hotel."

Our room was clean and comfortable, the included brrakfast was plentiful and filling, there was on-site parking, and the location was judt minutes from everything. We would definitely return."
