The manager was extremely helpful and spent time explaining about the surrounding area and animal life. We felt as if we were staying with family! "Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway. The food was delicious, the pool was refreshing, and we LOVED having access to the private beach! We are already talking about coming back to celebrate an anniversary- see you then Natural Drake Bay Hotel!"
