"Our favorite place to stay in Ames! The location can’t be beat. But that wouldn’t mean much if it weren’t also clean, with good food and amenities, nice employees, and chill atmosphere. I’ve neglected to give such a great review before because it can be full on busy weekends and we’ve had to go to our 2nd fave place (Gateway), but our last ISU kid is about to graduate, so we can share the secret now. Plan ahead and return to your favorite rooms again and again. "

"We absolutely loved this place. It had the farmhouse feel with of all the conveniences of being in a small town. Everything about it was great. We loved the architecture and beautiful woodwork inside the house. The front porch and the back patio were amazing places to hang out and enjoy the outside. The living room was great and comfortable and the bedrooms were plentiful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely and quite area, however a bit of a ways away from town. I wish we had more time to spend in this lovely home and enjoy the amenities. We arrived late and unfed and they kindly provided me with provisions which was above and beyond. Had our best sleep of our cross-country journey here and would definitely visit again if in the area. "Stayed here for homecoming weekend with friends, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had loads of plates, cups, and anything else you’d need for cooking for a large group. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the abundance of towels and other toiletries. "
